Interlibrary Loan
Materials not held by either The United Library or the
Northwestern University Library may be obtained for students, faculty
and staff of Garrett-Evangelical or Seabury-Western through
interlibrary loan. Items may be obtained at a cost which can vary
depending on the lending library. The time required for securing
materials can vary from one to four weeks.
To request a book or article through interlibrary loan:
- Send an e-mail message including the title of the book or
article and journal (including page numbers), author, and place of
publication and year if available.
- Include your name, phone number and status (faculty, staff,
student, degree program)
- E-mail requests should be sent to
Reader Services/ILL.
- The staff will notify you by e-mail or by phone when the
requested items are available.
Requests may also be made on forms found at either circulation
desk.
